The “eProfessors Network” is a community of peers, which has been formed by members of different academic disciplines. It is a “Quality Resource Center” consisting of independent professors, lecturers and experts from academia, industry and the professions, businesses and other spheres of public life who have joined forces together in an organization in order to fulfill common goals and objectives. The network conducts only true conceptual tasks and non-profit functions and is acting as facilitator, whereby its members are practicing in the areas of education, science, economy and society, especially for the following services:
Transfer of responsibilities in teaching and research, quality improvement in the field of “e-learning” ,training and qualification processes for the optimization of “e-learning”, institutional advice and support for IT-supported teaching and learning processes, as well as institutional Quality Assurance and Personnel Certification, the latter being offered according to ISO 17024 standard (Certification of Competent Personnel). Quality Assurance and Cerification Services are offered in cooperation with QUASAN (Quality Standards & Advocacy Network).
The eProfessors Academy is a scientific and research institute composed of qualified members of the eProfessors Network, and dedicated to the advancement of the educational professions and educational specialists. The Academy offers continuing education and research programs for qualified academics and courses for teaching qualifications at various levels, ampng those the habilitation document for teaching and research functions in idedependant higher education and postsecondary professional and career education.
<Qualifications and Certifications of the eProfessors Academy enjoy a widespread reputation, and are recognized by affiliated institutions for providing services in higher educational teaching and research functions and for faculty appoitments.
